目的：观察儿童弱视在医院集中综合治疗与家庭分散单个治疗的疗效分析。方法2005年1月至2012年6月，病例资料齐全按时复诊的儿童弱视1347例(2160眼)，其中605例(914眼)在医院集中治疗为甲组；在家中单个治疗742例(1246眼)为乙组。全部患儿进行散瞳验光、配镜矫正屈光不正，用遮盖、红闪、精细作业、后像或光刷等方法治疗弱视。结果医院集中综合治疗基本治愈率为81.6%，总有效率97.7%。家庭分散单一治疗治愈率为46.7%，总有效率为84.2%。结论儿童弱视在医院集中综合治疗疗效明显优于家庭分散单个治疗，疗效好，治愈率高，可以推广。
목적：관찰인동약시재의원집중종합치료여가정분산단개치료적료효분석。방법2005년1월지2012년6월，병례자료제전안시복진적인동약시1347례(2160안)，기중605례(914안)재의원집중치료위갑조；재가중단개치료742례(1246안)위을조。전부환인진행산동험광、배경교정굴광불정，용차개、홍섬、정세작업、후상혹광쇄등방법치료약시。결과의원집중종합치료기본치유솔위81.6%，총유효솔97.7%。가정분산단일치료치유솔위46.7%，총유효솔위84.2%。결론인동약시재의원집중종합치료료효명현우우가정분산단개치료，료효호，치유솔고，가이추엄。
Objective To observe and compare the curative effect of amblyopic treatment centralized in hospital and decentralized at home. Methods 1347 children (2160 eyes ) who accepted amblyopia treatment from January 2005 to June 2012 were retrospectively investigated. All children had complete clinical files and were divided into two groups. Group A included 605 patients (914 eyes) who accepted centralized amblyopic treatment in hospital. Group B included 742 patients (1246 eyes) who accepted decentralized amblyopic treatment at home. Optometry, re-fractive error correction, occlusion therapy, sight improvement instrument training were performed in all eyes. Re-sults The basic cure rate in group A was 81.6%, and that in group B was 46.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusions Centralized amblyopic treatment in hospital is worth to recommend be-cause it has better curative effect than decentralized amblyopia treatment at home.
