目的探讨血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)在人表浅性膀胱癌中的表达及意义.方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测46例初发表浅性膀胱癌,其中术后复发组21例,术后无复发组25例以及8例正常膀胱组织中HO-1的表达,比较3组之间及膀胱癌不同病理分级之间的差异.结果 46例膀胱癌组织中38例(82.6％)呈阳性表达,而8例正常膀胱组织中仅1例阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),其中21例复发组膀胱癌95.2％阳性表达,26例无复发组膀胱癌中72.0％阳性表达,HO-1表达在有无复发组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).HO-1的阳性细胞表达在不同病理分级间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 HO-1蛋白的表达可能与表浅性膀胱癌的发生、发展和复发有关.

Objective To investigate the expression profile of heme oxygenase-1 in human superficial bladder cancer.Methods The expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) was detected by using immunohistochemical streptavid-in-peroxidase (SP) method in 46 cases of initial onset of superficial bladder cancer [including postoperative recurrence group (n =21) and postoperative no-recurrence group (n =25)],and 8 cases of normal bladder tissues.A comparison wasmade between recurrence group and no-recurrence group,and among the pathological grades.Results The positive rate of HO-1 protein in human bladder carcinoma was 82.6％,significantly higher than that in the normal bladder tissues (12.5％,P ＜0.05).There was significant difference in the expression of HO-1 between tissues of bladder carcinoma without recurrence and tissues of bladder carcinoma with recurrence (P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in the expression of HO-1 among the pathological grades (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The HO-1 expression may play an important role in the development,and recurrence of superficial bladder carcinoma.
