目的探讨滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将63例经西医临床确诊和经中医辨证为肝肾不足型的帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例,治疗组采用多巴丝肼片加滋阴柔肝汤加减治疗,对照组仅给予多巴丝肼片,两组疗程均为50d,观察患者治疗前后的非运动性障碍及运动性障碍评分的变化。结果治疗组患者非运动性障碍UPDRS-Ⅰ与运动性障碍UPDRS-Ⅲ积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病疗效优于单用多巴丝肼片。

목적탐토자음유간탕배합다파사정편치료간신불족형파금삼병적림상료효。방법장63례경서의림상학진화경중의변증위간신불족형적파금삼병환자수궤분위치료조31례화대조조32례,치료조채용다파사정편가자음유간탕가감치료,대조조부급여다파사정편,량조료정균위50d,관찰환자치료전후적비운동성장애급운동성장애평분적변화。결과치료조환자비운동성장애UPDRS-Ⅰ여운동성장애UPDRS-Ⅲ적분균현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론자음유간탕배합다파사정편치료간신불족형파금삼병료효우우단용다파사정편。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nourishing Yin and liver decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide tablet in treating Parkinson ’s disease with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods 63 patients with Parkinson’s disease with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(31 cases)and the control group(32 cases).Patients in the treatment group were treated with nourishing Yin and liver decotion combined with levodopa and benserazide tablet .Patients in the control group were treated only with levodopa and benserazide tablet.The duration of treatment was 50 days for both groups.Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Compared to the control group ,UPDRS-Ⅰand UPDRS-Ⅲ scores in the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.01) .Conclusion The therapeutic effect of nourishing Yin and liver decotion combined with levodopa and benserazide tablet in treating Parkinson’s disease with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome was superior to that of levodopa and benserazide tablet.
