合理施肥是保证玉竹植株健壮生长和根茎产量与品质的关键。通过按不同比例的腐熟猪粪渣、NPK复合肥、过磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵进行基肥配方,研究不同基肥配方施肥对玉竹植株生长与根茎形成的影响。结果表明,在基肥配方中,采用腐熟猪粪渣与NPK复合肥相结合对玉竹植株长高方面有显著促进作用,通过增加叶数和叶片叶绿素含量,使根茎侧枝发生作用加强,提高单位植株根茎的鲜干重与水溶性多糖含量,从而增加单位面积根茎产量,改善根茎品质;增施P肥能显著促进玉竹根茎侧枝的发生,提高根茎中累积干物质分配率,促进干物质往根茎分配,进而提高植株总鲜干重和根茎产量;增施N肥能显著促进玉竹地上部分的生长,进而提高植株的茎叶鲜干重。
閤理施肥是保證玉竹植株健壯生長和根莖產量與品質的關鍵。通過按不同比例的腐熟豬糞渣、NPK複閤肥、過燐痠鈣、碳痠氫銨進行基肥配方,研究不同基肥配方施肥對玉竹植株生長與根莖形成的影響。結果錶明,在基肥配方中,採用腐熟豬糞渣與NPK複閤肥相結閤對玉竹植株長高方麵有顯著促進作用,通過增加葉數和葉片葉綠素含量,使根莖側枝髮生作用加彊,提高單位植株根莖的鮮榦重與水溶性多糖含量,從而增加單位麵積根莖產量,改善根莖品質;增施P肥能顯著促進玉竹根莖側枝的髮生,提高根莖中纍積榦物質分配率,促進榦物質往根莖分配,進而提高植株總鮮榦重和根莖產量;增施N肥能顯著促進玉竹地上部分的生長,進而提高植株的莖葉鮮榦重。

Reasonable formulated fertilization of base fertilizer is the key strategy to ensure vigorous growth of plant and high yield and good quality of rhizome of Polygonatum odoratum.The effects of different formulated fertilization of base fertilizer on plant growth and rhizome formation of Polygonatum odoratum was investigated , through balancing base fertiliz-er with different ratio swine manure , NPK compound fertilizer , superphosphate and ammonium bicarbonate food grade.The results showed that , the way combined swine manure with NPK compound fertilizer significantly promoted plant height, leaf number, chlorophyll content of leaves , formation of side rhizome, fresh and dry weight of rhizome per plant and soluble polysaccharide content of rhizome , therefore, rhizome yield per square meter and rhizome quality of Polygona-tum odoratum increased.Adding phosphor fertilizer significantly improved formation of side rhizome , dry matter distribu-tion to rhizome and accumulated fraction of dry matter allocated to rhizome , therefore, the yield of rhizome and total plant fresh and dry weight increased.Adding nitrogen fertilizer significantly accelerated the growth of overground parts and in -creased fresh and dry weight of stem and leaf per plant of Polygonatum odoratum.
