目的研究无花果叶提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用饲喂高糖高脂饲料联合腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型。大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、无花果叶提取物高剂量组(1000 mg/kg)和低剂量组(500 mg/kg),每天灌胃给药1次,连续给药4周。给药第2周检测空腹血糖;给药第4周检测空腹血糖及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和肝脏SOD活性、谷胱甘胱(GS H )含量。结果无花果叶提取物能降低糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖,明显提高其血清SOD、GSH-PX和肝脏SOD、GSH。结论无花果叶提取物能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖并提高其抗氧化能力,其降血糖机制可能与提高糖尿病大鼠的抗氧化能力有关。

목적연구무화과협제취물대2형당뇨병대서혈당급항양화능력적영향。방법채용사위고당고지사료연합복강주사소제량련뇨좌균소제비2형당뇨병대서모형。대서분위정상대조조、모형대조조、무화과협제취물고제량조(1000 mg/kg)화저제량조(500 mg/kg),매천관위급약1차,련속급약4주。급약제2주검측공복혈당;급약제4주검측공복혈당급혈청초양화물기화매(SOD)、곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-PX)활성화간장SOD활성、곡광감광(GS H )함량。결과무화과협제취물능강저당뇨병대서적공복혈당,명현제고기혈청SOD、GSH-PX화간장SOD、GSH。결론무화과협제취물능강저2형당뇨병대서적공복혈당병제고기항양화능력,기강혈당궤제가능여제고당뇨병대서적항양화능력유관。
Objective To study the effects of Ficus carica leaves extracts on blood glucose level and antioxidative ability in type 2 diabetic rats . Methods Type 2 diabetic rat model was induced by feed-ing with high sugar high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of low dose STZ . The rats were divided into four groups :the normal control group ,the model control group ,the high dose Ficus carica leaves extracts group (1 000 mg/kg ) and the low dose Ficus carica leaves extracts group (500 mg/kg ) . All rats were administered with gavage once a day for four weeks . After 2 weeks treatment ,the fasting blood glucose level was monitored ;after 4 weeks treatment ,the fasting blood glucose level ,the activity of SOD ,GSH-PX in serum and SOD activity ,GSH content in liver were studied . Results Ficus carica leaves extracts can not only reduce the fasting blood glucose level of diabetic rats ,but also significantly improve the levels of SOD ,GSH-PX in serum and SOD ,GSH in liver . Conclusion The Ficus carica leaves extracts could reduce the fasting blood glucose and improve the antioxidative ability of the type 2 diabetic rats . T he hy-poglycemic effect of the Ficus carica leaves extracts may be related to the increase of antioxidative ability in diabetic rats .
