‘德薯3号’是德宏州农业科学研究所与云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所合作通过有性杂交方法经系统选育而成，2012年经云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种生育期94 d左右，一般产量32000 kg/hm2左右，块茎淀粉含量19.5%，维生素C含量39.3 mg/100 g鲜薯，蛋白质含量2.46%。该品种适宜德宏州冬作马铃薯区推广种植。
‘덕서3호’시덕굉주농업과학연구소여운남성농업과학원경제작물연구소합작통과유성잡교방법경계통선육이성，2012년경운남성농작물품충심정위원회심정。해품충생육기94 d좌우，일반산량32000 kg/hm2좌우，괴경정분함량19.5%，유생소C함량39.3 mg/100 g선서，단백질함량2.46%。해품충괄의덕굉주동작마령서구추엄충식。
'Deshu 3' was bred throug h hybridization method by Dehong Agricultural Science Research Institute and the Institute of Economic Crops of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and was approved for registration by the Yunnan Crop Variety Committee in 2012. Growth period of 'Deshu 3' is about 94 days. The yield of this variety is about 32 000 kg/ha, with starch content being 19.5%,vitamine C content 39.3 mg/100 g FW, and crude protein content 2.46%. It is suitable for planting in the winter cropping region of Dehong.
