目的观察热敏灸预防化疗致恶性肿瘤患者骨髓抑制的临床效果。方法收集在我院化疗的恶性肿瘤患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，均采用常规标准方案化疗，观察组加用热敏灸及热敏灸护理干预，对照组口服鲨肝醇、利血生，常规化疗护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗和护理效果。结果观察组治疗化疗所致骨髓抑制的总有效率为90.00％，对照组治疗总有效率为60.00％，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度、护理质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论热敏灸能有效预防化疗所致恶性肿瘤患者的骨髓抑制，同时采取准确定位、规范操作、充分治疗、及时观察等护理措施，可有效控制患者病情并提高护理干预满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of thermal moxibustion on myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor treatment. Methods 60 cases of malignant tumor that were treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were collected and divided into the observation group and control group randomly (30 cases in each group). Patients in both groups were treated with standard chemotherapy, but patients in observation group were added with thermal moxibustion and thermal moxibustion nursing intervention, while patients in the control group were given oral drug batyl alcohol, Leucogen and conventional chemotherapy nursing intervention. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were respectively 90% and 60%, which was significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction, scores of nursing quality of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hot sensitive moxibustion was effective in preventing bone marrow suppres-sion induced by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors. Measures like accurate positioning, standard operation, adequate treatment and timely observation could better control the diseases and improve the satisfaction of nursing intervention.
