目的探讨 MMP-9,CD105在胰腺癌发生、发展及转移过程中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学 S-P 法,检测 MMP-9,CD105在53例胰腺癌组织(实验组)及10例正常胰腺组织(对照组)中的表达,计数微血管密度(MVD),并结合临床病理学资料进行分析比较。结果胰腺癌组织中 MMP-9的阳性表达明显高于正常胰腺组织(P<0.05)。MMP-9的表达与胰腺癌的临床分期及淋巴结有无转移有关(P<0.05)。胰腺癌组织的微血管密度(MVD)明显高于非肿瘤性胰腺组织。CD105的表达水平与胰腺癌临床分期及病理分级有关。在有淋巴结转移的癌组织中,其 MVD 值高于无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05)。胰腺癌组织中 MMP-9的表达与 MVD 呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9的表达与胰腺癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。MVD 值有可能作为判断胰腺癌生物学行为的潜在指标。

Objective To explore the significance of MMP-9 and CD105 in oncogenesis, progression and metastasis of pan-creatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods (S-P) were applied to detect the differential expression of MMP-9, CD105 in Paraffin-embedded tumor specimens of 53 cases pancreatic carcinoma tissue and 10 cases normal pancreatic tissue. The correlations between the expression of MMP-9 and CD105, microvessel density (MVD), and clinicop-athologic features were statistically analyzed with SPSS 12.0. Results The positive expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher in tissues of pancreatic carcinoma than in normal pancreatic tissues (P<0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P<0.05). The results of the counted number of MVD in cancer tissues revealed that the MVD of cases with pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than that without pancreatic carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression level of CD105 was positively correlated with clinical stages and histological grade (P<0.05). Its MVD was significantly higher in carcinoma tis-sues with lymph node metastasis than in that without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). There was significantly statistic correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and MVD in pancreatic carcinoma (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of MMP-9 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor clinical stage. MVD had significant correlation with grade of the disease, indicating its potential value of becoming a new marker to the prognosis evaluation of pancreatic carcinoma.
