大体积混凝土温度控制是大体积混凝土施工中重要的研究和控制项目,其入模温度又是控制的关键环节。文中主要根据港珠澳大桥沉管预制混凝土温度控制研究,阐述了温控总体思路和具体温控措施。结果表明,通过有效控制混凝土入模温度,达到降低构件内表温差、构件与环境温差等作用,进而减小开裂风险。

Temperature control of mass concrete is the most important research and control program in mass concrete con-struction, and the control of temperature before casting is the key of the programme. Based on the research of the temperature control for precasting of concrete immersed channel sections for HZMB project, the paper presents the general concept and detailed measures for temperature control. The research results show that the risk of cracking in concrete can be reduced by ef-fective control of concrete temperature before casting to lower the temperature disparity between the inside and outside of a concrete element and the temperature disparity between a structure and the environment.
