炎性乳腺癌（IBC）作为局部晚期乳腺癌的一种特殊类型，恶性程度高，预后极差。IBC在组织学上并无特殊性，存在一定误诊率，乳腺组织空心针穿刺活检为确诊手段，影像学检查可辅助诊断、协助分期和评估新辅助治疗疗效。本文就IBC的临床表现以及诊治、预后情况进行简要概述，以提高对该病的认识。

As a special subtype of locally advanced breast neoplasm, inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) shows severe malignance and prognosis. There is no histological specialty and exists certain rate of misdiagnosis. The hollow needle biopsy of the breast gland tissue is used for identification and diagnosis, with the help of MRI clarifying different stages and accessing the effect of neoadjuvant therapy. This paper is a generalization of the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of IBC, of which the common understanding is hoped to be enhanced.
