通过研究不同种类碳源、氮源以及不同浓度的麸皮、葡萄糖、KH2PO4和MgSO4·7H2O对桑黄菌丝生长速度及生长势的影响,采用多因子正交试验确定了培养桑黄的最佳条件.结果表明:在10 g/L葡萄糖、30 g/L麸皮、1.0 g/L KH2PO4、1.0 g/L MgSO4·7H2O,温度26℃和培养时间为12 d的条件下,桑黄菌丝生长速度最大,生长势最好.

By studying the effects on growth rate and growth potential of different types of carbon and nitrogen sources and different concentrations of wheat bran, glucose, KH2PO4 and MgSO4·7H2O phellinus igniarius mycelium, the best condition for culturing phellinus igniarius is determined by multi-factor orthogonal experiment. Results show that under the conditions of 10 g/L glucose, 30 g/L wheat bran, 1.0 g/L KH2PO4, 1.0 g/L MgSO4·7H2O, temperature of 26 ℃ and incubation time of 12 d, phellinus igniarius mycelium has the maximum growth rate and the best growth potential.
