目的:选择最适宜的脉冲电流频率,研究观察足底脉冲电刺激对大鼠抗运动性疲劳力的影响。方法:实验于动物研究中心完成。选用6-8周龄健康雄性Wister大鼠60只。采用大鼠慢性运动疲劳(游泳力竭)模型。随机将大鼠分成边游泳边刺激组(A 组)、造模后即时刺激组(B组)、游泳后刺激组(C组),这三类称为运动训练刺激组,外加造模组D(全程不予刺激)和对照组E(未进行游泳训练),每组10只,实验过程中前后观察电流脉冲对大鼠游泳运动的血糖(葡萄糖氧化酶法测定)、血清乳酸含量(对羟基联二苯法测定)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性(黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定)及体质量(早晨未进食前测试)的影响。利用统计学方法,结合SPSS分析软件探究最终结果。结果:排除大鼠在游泳训练中意外淹死的情况,实验大鼠全部计入结果分析。(1)血清血糖浓度:第1周末D组和B组大鼠低于B组,而A组无明显变化。浓度降低幅度A<B<D;第2周末C组和F组比第1周末显著升高。(2)血清乳酸:第1周末A组和D组大鼠乳酸含量明显高于E组,而B组无明显变化;第1周末升高幅度B<A<D;第2周末C组和D组比第1周末显著降低。(3)超氧化物歧化酶活性:第1周末A组、B组和D组大鼠均比E组显著升高;C组和D组第2周末比第1周末明显降低。(4)体质量:第1周末A组、B组和D组大鼠均比E组明显升高;第1周末A组增长幅度明显慢于B组和D组;C组和D组第2周末增长明显快于第1周末。结论:一定频率足底电流脉冲具有延缓大鼠过度疲劳、提高能量代谢效率的作用,在运动性疲劳方面能够起到一定程度的预防和治疗作用。

목적:선택최괄의적맥충전류빈솔,연구관찰족저맥충전자격대대서항운동성피로력적영향。방법:실험우동물연구중심완성。선용6-8주령건강웅성Wister대서60지。채용대서만성운동피로(유영력갈)모형。수궤장대서분성변유영변자격조(A 조)、조모후즉시자격조(B조)、유영후자격조(C조),저삼류칭위운동훈련자격조,외가조모조D(전정불여자격)화대조조E(미진행유영훈련),매조10지,실험과정중전후관찰전류맥충대대서유영운동적혈당(포도당양화매법측정)、혈청유산함량(대간기련이분법측정)、홍세포초양화물기화매활성(황표령양화매법측정)급체질량(조신미진식전측시)적영향。이용통계학방법,결합SPSS분석연건탐구최종결과。결과:배제대서재유영훈련중의외엄사적정황,실험대서전부계입결과분석。(1)혈청혈당농도:제1주말D조화B조대서저우B조,이A조무명현변화。농도강저폭도A<B<D;제2주말C조화F조비제1주말현저승고。(2)혈청유산:제1주말A조화D조대서유산함량명현고우E조,이B조무명현변화;제1주말승고폭도B<A<D;제2주말C조화D조비제1주말현저강저。(3)초양화물기화매활성:제1주말A조、B조화D조대서균비E조현저승고;C조화D조제2주말비제1주말명현강저。(4)체질량:제1주말A조、B조화D조대서균비E조명현승고;제1주말A조증장폭도명현만우B조화D조;C조화D조제2주말증장명현쾌우제1주말。결론:일정빈솔족저전류맥충구유연완대서과도피로、제고능량대사효솔적작용,재운동성피로방면능구기도일정정도적예방화치료작용。
Objective To observe the effect of plantar electric pulse stimulation on exercise-induced fatigue of rats, the most suitable pulse current frequency was selected. Methods The experiment was completed in animal research center. Sixty 6-8 weeks old healthy male Wister rats were selected. By the chronic motion fatigue(exhaustive swimming)model, the rats were randomly divided into swim while stimulation group(Group A), real-time stimulation after modeling group(Group B), stimulation after swimming group(Group C). In addition to these three exercise stimulation groups, Group D(model group, never stimulated)and Group E(control group, without swimming training) were set up. There were 10 rats in each group. The values of swimming rats were determined before and after the experiment, such as blood sugar(determination of glucose oxidase method), serum lactate(two hydroxy benzene determination method), erythrocyte super oxide dismutase activity (measured by xanthine oxidase method)and body weight(without breakfast). Results:All the rats were analysis objects except the drown. Results All the rats were analysis objects except the drown.①Serum glucose concentration:The 2nd weekend, group D and Group B were lower than that of group A, and the change of Group A was insignificant. The relationship of the concentration reduces amplitude of each group was A<B<D. The 4th weekend, the valus of Group C and Group D were significantly lower than that of the 2nd weekend.②Serum lactic of Group A or Group D was significantly higher than that of Group E, and there were no obvious change in Group B. the relationship about the increase amplitude of each group was B<A<D. In the 4th weekend, the value Group C and D was significantly lower than that in the 2nd weekend. ③Superoxide dismutase activity:In the 2nd weekend, the value of Group A, B or D was significantly higher than that of Group E. Compared with the first two weeks, the value of Group C or D was decreased significantly.④Q uality:In th A, Group B or Group D was significantly higher than that of Group E. The increase of Group A was markedly slower than that of Group A or D, and the the increase of Group C and D was obvious than that of the 2nd weekend. Conclusion The certain frequency pulse current stimulate on planta pedis can reduce the rat fatigue and improve energy efficiency, which provides us a new idea for prevention of exercise-induced fatigue.
