近年来，河南省在推进城乡统筹发展方面取得了显著成效，但仍存在城乡二元结构突出、城镇化滞后于工业化、农业现代化不适应工业化的发展、城乡差距扩大等问题。亟须从生产要素一体化、城乡产业一体化、城乡市场一体化、公共资源配置一体化等方面入手，找准城乡统筹发展的着力点，加快推进河南城乡统筹发展。
近年來，河南省在推進城鄉統籌髮展方麵取得瞭顯著成效，但仍存在城鄉二元結構突齣、城鎮化滯後于工業化、農業現代化不適應工業化的髮展、城鄉差距擴大等問題。亟鬚從生產要素一體化、城鄉產業一體化、城鄉市場一體化、公共資源配置一體化等方麵入手，找準城鄉統籌髮展的著力點，加快推進河南城鄉統籌髮展。
근년래，하남성재추진성향통주발전방면취득료현저성효，단잉존재성향이원결구돌출、성진화체후우공업화、농업현대화불괄응공업화적발전、성향차거확대등문제。극수종생산요소일체화、성향산업일체화、성향시장일체화、공공자원배치일체화등방면입수，조준성향통주발전적착력점，가쾌추진하남성향통주발전。
In recent years, Henan province has achieved remarkable results in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, but there are still problems of two structure in urban and rural areas, urbanization lags behind industrialization, agricultural modernization does not adapt to the development of industrialization, the gap between urban and rural areas to expand. It needs from the production elements of integration, the integration of urban and rural industrial, urban and rural integration, market allocation of public resources integration and other aspects, to find the key point of balancing urban and rural development, promoting the Henan urban and rural development.
