SAF2205(00Cr22Ni5Mo3N)双相不锈钢换热管在使用中发生泄漏。采用化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析及金相试验等手段揭示泄漏的原因。分析结果表明,换热管泄漏是由于管内通入含Cl、O等多种离子的气体、在一定的电极电位下发生选择性腐蚀所致。

The heat exchange pipe of SAF2205(00Cr22Ni5Mo3N)duplex stainless steel failed owing to the leak in service .The cause of the heat exchange pipe leak was investigated by means of chemical composition analysis , SEM, EDS and metallographic examination .The results show that the leak is traced to a selective corrosion of the heat exchange pipe under a definite electrode potential because of the insertion of gas containing chlorine ion , oxygen ion and other ions .
