对中型42 CrMo钢差速器壳锻件进行了形变淬火和高温回火的形变热处理。主要的工艺过程:将坯料在中频炉中加热至1100~1150℃,总变形量为47.4%的锻造,风冷30~60 s至950~1000℃,在PAG水溶液中淬火10 min以上。结果,差速器壳锻件的力学性能明显高于普通热处理件,还简化了工序,缩短了生产周期,降低了能耗和生产成本。形变淬火提高零件力学性能的机制是,形变淬火马氏体板条束的直径远小于普通淬火马氏体,而且除相变强化外,还有位错强化和亚晶强化效果。
對中型42 CrMo鋼差速器殼鍛件進行瞭形變淬火和高溫迴火的形變熱處理。主要的工藝過程:將坯料在中頻爐中加熱至1100~1150℃,總變形量為47.4%的鍛造,風冷30~60 s至950~1000℃,在PAG水溶液中淬火10 min以上。結果,差速器殼鍛件的力學性能明顯高于普通熱處理件,還簡化瞭工序,縮短瞭生產週期,降低瞭能耗和生產成本。形變淬火提高零件力學性能的機製是,形變淬火馬氏體闆條束的直徑遠小于普通淬火馬氏體,而且除相變彊化外,還有位錯彊化和亞晶彊化效果。

The middle-sized differential shell forging , made from 42CrMo steel, was thermal-mechanically treated, i.e.was ausform hardened and high temperature tempered .The ausform hardening process consists of heating the blank to 1100 to 1150 ℃in medium-frequency induction furnace , forging to total deformation amount of 47.4%, air cooling for 30 to 60 s to 950 to 1000℃, and quenching in PAG solution for more than 10 min.As a result, the mechanical properties of the differential shell forging are appreciably increased relative to those of the differential shell forging conventionally heat treated .Besides , the production process is simplified , the production period is shortened , and the energy consumption and manufacturing cost are decreased . Increase in the mechanical properties of the forging is attributed to much smaller diameter of martensite lath developed by ausform hardening than that of martensite lath developed by conventional hardening as well as to dislocation strengthening and sub -grain strengthening in addition to transformation strengthening .
