目的：探讨应用彩色多普勒超声检查浅表动脉时，探头施加压力的大小对血流动力学参数检测结果的影响。方法：选取20名健康志愿者（21～30岁），测量中指指掌侧固有动脉40支，在探头外加压力分别为0、200、400 g时测量收缩期峰值流速（ PSV）、舒张末期流速（ EDV）、平均血流速度（ TAMAX）、血流阻力指数（ RI）及搏动指数（ PI）。对不同压力组的测量数据进行组间统计学比较。结果：PSV、EDV、TAMAX随着探头压力的增加呈逐渐递减趋势，而PI、RI呈递增趋势。结论：血流动力学参数作为超声评价浅表血管结构与功能的重要指标，在检测时明显受到检查者对探头施加压力大小的影响，在对超声检测结果进行分析时不应忽略这一因素的影响。

Objective: To explore the changes of hemodynamic parameters of superficial artery affected by the pressure put on the probe with color Doppler ultrasound .Methods: Twenty healthy subjects ( aged 21-30 years ) with normal vascular findings were recruited in the study , total of 40 proper palmer digital arteries of middle fingers.Pressure of 0,200 and 400 g were applied on proper palmer digital artery and hemodynamic parameters , such as the peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic velocity (EDV),the average maximum blood flow velocity ( TAMAX ) , resistance index ( RI ) and pulsatility index ( PI ) were measured respectively .Results: With the increase of pressure , PSV, EDV and TAMAX gradually decreased , but PI and RI increased .Conclusions: As hemodynamic parameters are important indicators for ultrasound to evaluate the structure and function of superficial blood vessels , they have been affected by the pressure applied by the examiners .Therefore, we should not ignore the effects of pressure while performing ultrasound scanning .
