目的:探讨应用彩色多普勒超声检查浅表动脉时,探头施加压力的大小对血流动力学参数检测结果的影响。方法:选取20名健康志愿者(21~30岁),测量中指指掌侧固有动脉40支,在探头外加压力分别为0、200、400 g时测量收缩期峰值流速( PSV)、舒张末期流速( EDV)、平均血流速度( TAMAX)、血流阻力指数( RI)及搏动指数( PI)。对不同压力组的测量数据进行组间统计学比较。结果:PSV、EDV、TAMAX随着探头压力的增加呈逐渐递减趋势,而PI、RI呈递增趋势。结论:血流动力学参数作为超声评价浅表血管结构与功能的重要指标,在检测时明显受到检查者对探头施加压力大小的影响,在对超声检测结果进行分析时不应忽略这一因素的影响。

목적:탐토응용채색다보륵초성검사천표동맥시,탐두시가압력적대소대혈류동역학삼수검측결과적영향。방법:선취20명건강지원자(21~30세),측량중지지장측고유동맥40지,재탐두외가압력분별위0、200、400 g시측량수축기봉치류속( PSV)、서장말기류속( EDV)、평균혈류속도( TAMAX)、혈류조력지수( RI)급박동지수( PI)。대불동압력조적측량수거진행조간통계학비교。결과:PSV、EDV、TAMAX수착탐두압력적증가정축점체감추세,이PI、RI정체증추세。결론:혈류동역학삼수작위초성평개천표혈관결구여공능적중요지표,재검측시명현수도검사자대탐두시가압력대소적영향,재대초성검측결과진행분석시불응홀략저일인소적영향。
Objective: To explore the changes of hemodynamic parameters of superficial artery affected by the pressure put on the probe with color Doppler ultrasound .Methods: Twenty healthy subjects ( aged 21-30 years ) with normal vascular findings were recruited in the study , total of 40 proper palmer digital arteries of middle fingers.Pressure of 0,200 and 400 g were applied on proper palmer digital artery and hemodynamic parameters , such as the peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic velocity (EDV),the average maximum blood flow velocity ( TAMAX ) , resistance index ( RI ) and pulsatility index ( PI ) were measured respectively .Results: With the increase of pressure , PSV, EDV and TAMAX gradually decreased , but PI and RI increased .Conclusions: As hemodynamic parameters are important indicators for ultrasound to evaluate the structure and function of superficial blood vessels , they have been affected by the pressure applied by the examiners .Therefore, we should not ignore the effects of pressure while performing ultrasound scanning .
