本文通过回顾本科院校翻译专业建设情况，对高职院校的翻译专业建设进行了实践性探索。明确高职翻译专业培养目标，开发以“译员能力”为核心的课程模式，以“项目导向”为原则建设教材，建立“任务驱动”翻译教学模式，形成“译员能力”为中心的评估方式。笔者所做的对高职翻译专业建设的实践性探索，对专业建设和教学一线工作者都具有指导意义。

This paper makes practical explosions to interpreting major in higher vocational college by reviewing regular (four-year) college. It defines the train objective of higher vocational college, evaluation model which revolves around interpreter competence, teaching materials setting up according to the directions of items. Interpreting teaching model driven by tasks and evaluation model centers on interpreter competence also will be set up in this paper. The research will have a great role on interpret major construction and those interpreting teachers.
