素质教育是时代的最强音，是教育的主旋律。纵观当今高校素质教育工作开展所面临的一系列问题，其中寝室人际交往关系已经成为各大高校日渐关注的一个重点“项目”。本文通过调查问卷的形式，对南昌航空大学学生的寝室人际交往关系状况进行调查，从素质教育的视角，对建立良好的大学生寝室人际交往关系提出新思路。

The quality education is the strongest voice of the times, is the main melody education. In this paper, through the form of questionnaire, investigation of interpersonal relationship of Nanchang aviation university dormitory students, from the perspective of quality education, to establish good dormitory interpersonal relationship and puts forward a new idea.
