教师素质是是提高全民素质、贯彻素质教育方针的根本保证。师范技能训练作为教师职前教育的一个重要内容，对形成学生的实践教学能力以及毕业后胜任教师工作岗位有着重要作用。通过全员普及、精英培养、高端参与等阶段，以各类形式全方位推动和提升师范教学技能水平和就业竞争力，这对于促进教育发展，具有重要的现实意义。

The quality of teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of the people and implement the policy of quality-oriented education.
