学分制是目前我国高校正在推行的一项教学管理制度，本课题从学分制的内涵出发，立足南通大学学分制学籍管理现状，主要针对学分制学籍管理制度运行带来的机遇与挑战进行分析，并在此基础上提出进一步完善学分制学籍管理制度的一些做法，以期能够建立适应学分制背景下灵活多变的新学籍管理制度。
