矫正教学既是监所教育感化工作的基本活动和主要环节，又是该场域特殊群体受教育权得以充分保障的重要体现。在阐述监所课程设置尚欠合理、教学理念依然陈旧、教学方式相对滞后、教研素养有待提升等矫正教学实然境况的基础上，从学科构建的角度探讨矫正教学论的应然取向，希冀为矫正教学论的学科创生与发展提供一定的理论参照与现实依据。

Corrective teaching is not only the basic activity and the main link of prison education and work, but also the important manifestation of full guarantee of the field of special groups of the right to education. In the monitoring of the curriculum still reasonable, the teaching idea is old, teaching mode still lag behind, teaching quality remains to be improved, based on actual situation of teaching, teaching theory of rational orientation correction from the angle of subject construction, hoping to provide certain theory reference and reality for the correction of teaching theory innovation and development.
