目的:探讨花都地区系统性红斑狼疮( sytemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者维生素D水平变化情况。方法:收集我院皮肤科门诊SLE患者56例,分别检测血清Ca、P、ALP、iPTH和25(OH)D3水平,与同期皮肤科门诊非SLE患者55例的相关指标进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,SLE患者血清Ca、P、ALP和iPTH水平无明显差异(P值均>0.05),血清25(OH)D3水平明显下降(t=3.65,P<0.01), SLE患者维生素D水平不足及缺乏的患者比例明显增多(礸2=13.12,P<0.01);SLE患者维生素D水平不足和缺乏在阳光较强季节组和阳光较弱季节组差异均无统计学意义( P值均>0.05)。结论:花都地区SLE患者维生素D水平降低,临床上应监测及适当补充维生素D治疗。

Objective:To measure vitamin D level in patients with systemic lupus erythemato-sus (SLE) in Huadu area.Methods:56 patients with SLE,55 gender and age-matched controls were recruited from our out-patient department since January , 2009 to December , 2011 .The level of serum Ca , P and ALP were measured by auto-biochemical analyzer , and the levels of serum iPTH and 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D3) were measured by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group , the level of serum Ca , P, ALP and iPTH were not significant different ( P>0.05), while the level of 25(OH)D3 was lower (t=3.65, P<0.01).The ratio of vitamin D in-suficiency and deficiency in SLE group was significantly higher than that in control group (X2 =13.12,P<0.01).Between the SLE groups in mild sunny season and in intense sunny season , the difference of the ratio of vitamin D insuficiency and deficiency has no statistically significant . Conclusion:Even in sunny Huadu area , the patients with SLE had vitamin D deficiency or insuffi-ciency.Monitoring and replenishing vitamin D is an indispensable strategy for SLE treatment .
