我国自新中国成立以来，经过六十多年实践，取得了辉煌的成就，但依然有很多困难和问题在困扰着我们。本文从实践的角度去分析新世纪新形势下我国农村的社会主义现代化建设，通过对“三农”问题的探究，着力把握我国社会主义新农村建设的发展方向，旨在认真研究我国在新农村建设的过程中遇到的一些问题，以实践的眼光来看待未来我国农村的发展方向。

Since the founding of new China, after more than 60 years of practice, has made brilliant achievements, but there are still many difficulties and problems.
