针对30Cr3SiNiMoVA超高强度钢的难加工性,采用正交试验,探索不同切削参数对该材料铣削加工性的影响规律。以铣削力和表面粗糙度为目标进行工艺参数优化,采用多元回归方法,获得铣削力和表面粗糙度的经验公式;最后综合工艺参数对铣削力和表面粗糙度的影响,通过多目标优化的方法进行工艺参数优化,对30Cr3SiNiMoVA超高强度钢高速铣削加工切削参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。

Multivariate orthogonal experiment of ultra-high strength steel 30Cr3SiNiMoVA were designed to investigate the effects of cutting parameters on the machinability. Aimed at the milling force and the surface roughness, the milling parameters were optimized. Both cutting force and surface roughness formulas were obtained by the nonlinear regression method. And then, milling parameters were optimized by integrating the experiment results of milling forces and surface roughness. This result has certain guiding significance to choose milling parameters for machining ultra-high 30Cr3SiNiMoVA.
