人力资源管理研究表明,健康和谐的员工关系不仅能够提高人力资源日常管理的效率和质量,而且能够提高企业整体的生产和运营效率,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。首先阐述了员工关系和心理契约概念内涵,以及心理契约对员工关系的影响,进一步阐述了它们在实现企业战略目标过程起到的重要作用,最后对构建基于心理契约的企业员工关系进行了探讨。

Human resource management research showed that healthy and harmonious relationship of the staff could not only improve the efficiency and quality of daily human resource management,but also enhance the overall production and operation efficiency of the enterprise,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.It described the employee relationship and psychological contract concept,as well as the influence of psychological contract on employee relationship. It discussed the important role of employee relationship in enterprise strategic target realization process and the construction of the employee relationship based on psychological contract.
