黑龙江垦区农场退耕还林工作取得了成功，农户、职工和个体经营者承包经营林业的意愿强烈。从经营者风险视角对这一现象进行了调研，在37位被测试的生态林经营者中有13.51%为风险追求型，86.49%为风险规避型，且风险规避型经营者对确定性等价的选择趋向于风险追求型，这说明生态林经营者具有较低的风险规避度。从林业政策、预期收入和经营方式三方面分析了生态林经营者风险规避度低的原因。

The working of returning farmland to forest had achieved success,and farmers,workers and self-employed operators had strong desires to operate forestry in Heilongjiang reclamation area,which was investigated from the risk perspective of ecological forest operator. There were 13.51%risk seeking and 86.49%risk aversion of 37 bested ecological forest operators,and risk aversion operator's choice of certainty equivalent tended to risk seeking,which showed ecological forest operators had the low degree of risk aversion. Therefore,the reasons of the low degree of risk aversion of ecological forest operators was analyzed from forestry policy, anticipated income and operating way.
