以交联羧甲基淀粉为基料,辅以消泡剂、脱膜剂、疏水剂等成膜助剂,通过流延成膜工艺,制备了淀粉基可降解薄膜,研究了成膜助剂对降解膜耐水性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当助剂消泡剂用量为1%,液体石蜡用量为0.8%,PPE用量1.5%时,CCMS/PVA的拉伸强度为40.5Mpa,断裂伸长率为311%,透光率为82%,吸水率最小为3.6%。
以交聯羧甲基澱粉為基料,輔以消泡劑、脫膜劑、疏水劑等成膜助劑,通過流延成膜工藝,製備瞭澱粉基可降解薄膜,研究瞭成膜助劑對降解膜耐水性能和力學性能的影響。結果錶明,噹助劑消泡劑用量為1%,液體石蠟用量為0.8%,PPE用量1.5%時,CCMS/PVA的拉伸彊度為40.5Mpa,斷裂伸長率為311%,透光率為82%,吸水率最小為3.6%。

The degradable film based on starch was made through the process of film casting with the cross-linking carboxymethyl starch as basic material and defoamer,release agent and hydrophobing agent as film forming additives. The effects of film forming additives on hydrolytic resistance and mechanical property were studied. The results indicated that the tensile strength of CCMS/PVA was 40.5Mpa,the elongation at break was 311%,the light transmittance was 82% and the water absorption rate was 3.6% when the defoamer content was 1%,the atoleine amount was 0.8%and the PPE amount was 1.5%.
