就业是民生之本，就业工作不仅事关大学毕业生的切身利益，事关每一个家庭幸福，而且还事关学校的发展和整个社会的和谐。当前，要加强一般本科院校毕业生就业工作，就应当坚持“五位一体”的基本路径，实现就业工作可持续发展。

Employment is vital to people's livelihood. It is not only related to the vital interests of uni-versity graduates, related to each family's happiness, but also related to the development of the school and the harmony of whole society. This paper argued that strengthening employment of college students should adhere to the way of five in one, and realize the sustainable development of employment work.
