保定市王快~西大洋水库综合管理工程渠首引水隧洞采用竖井加平洞方案,平洞施工采用水库一侧预先设置的混凝土塞挡水,平洞施工完成后爆除混凝土塞实现取水。混凝土塞呈喇叭状,倾角为水平,塞体与岩体间设置的钢管和油毡形成薄弱面。爆破选用防水乳化炸药和国产电子雷管的毫秒延时起爆双网路,采用排孔爆破、周边未预裂爆破、岩碴处理无集碴坑或缓冲坑方案,取得了理想的爆破效果。

The headwork of water diversion tunnel is protected by a concrete plug predetermined in the reservoir side. The angle of horn-shaped concrete plug is level. The asphalt felt and steel pipe set between the plug body and the rock to form a weak surface plates and linoleum. By adopting domestic waterproof emulsion explosive, electronic detonator, and a series of technology, such as, double network, millisecond delay detonator, peripheral hole no using pre-splitting blasting, rock ballast treatment without slag collecting pit or buffer pit, the plug blasting was very successful.
