近年来，大连将产业发展的重点向装备制造业转移。大连应运用成立专门机构，制定相关法规；设立专项基金，给予财政资金支持；实施倾斜金融政策等产业结构政策，培育重点装备制造业；运用企业的合并、改组政策；培育并促进产业集群发展；强化培养引进人才，力支持自主创新等产业组织政策，提高装备制造业产业规模。
근년래，대련장산업발전적중점향장비제조업전이。대련응운용성립전문궤구，제정상관법규；설립전항기금，급여재정자금지지；실시경사금융정책등산업결구정책，배육중점장비제조업；운용기업적합병、개조정책；배육병촉진산업집군발전；강화배양인진인재，력지지자주창신등산업조직정책，제고장비제조업산업규모。
In recent years, Dalian focused its industry development by putting more weight on the equipment manufacturing industry. So, Dalian has to setup special organizations to formulate relevant laws and regulations;set up special funds to provide financial support; produce policies related to industry structure such as prefer-ential financial policies to cultivate the key equipment manufacturing industry; implement policies of corporate merger or regroup; cultivate and promote the development of industrial clusters; strengthen talent cultivation and introduction;carry out industrial organization polices for independent innovation, promoting the industrial scale of the equipment manufacturing industry.
