针对水质表现出的模糊性,采用模糊可变集合理论的模糊可变模型,对白洋淀水体的环境质量进行了综合评价。通过科学确定与地表水水质相关的各参评因子处于标准区间值的相对隶属度,根据二元比较模糊决策分析法,计算各参评因子的权重,得出白洋淀水体的环境质量级别。并与采用单因子评价法的评价结果进行了对比分析。表明模糊可变模型评价的水质结果更加合理、可信。

The article makes a comprehensive evaluation of water environmental quality of Baiyangdian Lake, which adopts variable fuzzy evaluation model of variable fuzzy set theory for the fuzzification indicated by the water quality. After the scientific determination of relative membership degree of each contestant factor interrelated with surface water in the standard interval value, and weight calculation of the contestant factors according to the binary comparision fuzzy decision analysis, the environmental quality of Baiyangdian water body is concluded. And comparation and analysis are made between the conclusion and the evaluation result of single factor evaluation method. It shows that the water quality evaluation result comes from variable fuzzy evaluation model is more reasonable and reliable.
