应用化学专业是我校实施“卓越工程师培养计划”的重点建设专业之一。而《热力设备腐蚀与防护》是应用化学专业的重要专业必修课程。根据“卓越工程师培养计划”的基本要求，本文就如何加强师资队伍的人才培养和建设，改进教学内容、教学方法和加快理论教材与实验教材的建设等方面提出思考和建议。

The specialty of “Applied chemistry”is one of the key disciplines in implementing the “ex-cellent engineer training program”in our school.Corrosion and protection of thermal equipment is a primary specialized course for applied chemistry specialty.According to the basic requirement of “ex-cellent engineer training program”,this article explores how to strengthen personnel training and fac-ulty development,put forward suggestions of improving teaching content and teaching methods and accelerate to build the teaching material.
