利用氨水和马来酸酐合成的聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)用于制备聚天冬氨酸树脂。本研究讨论了反应温度、反应时间、水解温度、终点 pH 值和干燥温度对交联聚天冬氨酸溶胀率的影响。研究结果表明所制备树脂的溶胀率主要取决于制备条件。这种树脂可以用于水处理材料、吸附和处理废水中重金属离子,且它是一种高吸水性的可生物降解树脂。

The cross-linked polyaspartic acid (PASP)resin was prepared from polysuccinimide (PSI), which was synthesized from maleic anhydride and ammonia.The effects of the reaction time,the reac-tion temperature,the hydrolysis temperature and the terminal pH,and the drying temperature on the swelling ratio of cross-linked PASP resin were investigated.The results show that the swelling ratios of cross-linked PASP resin were depending on the preparation conditions.This resin can be used as water treatment material,absorbs and disposes the heavy metal ion in waste waters,as it was a kind of biodegradable resin with high water absorbency.
