The paper introduced a health policy research oriented collaborative research system. Collaborative demand of the system was analyzed,and functional modules were designed including subject management,intercourse and collaboration,scientific research resources,subject document,subject results and individual tools. System architecture was composed of data layer,application layer and user layer. The collaborative research system for health policy was overall designed and implemented by B/S mode.
