为了更好地实施和推进河北省太行山山前平原农村示范区土地整治建设，采用基于层次分析的模糊综合评价法，对2001-2010年河北省太行山山前平原土地整治实施后带来的经济、社会和生态效益进行评价。评价结果表明，项目区土地整治项目的实施产生了良好的效益，除定州市和隆尧县以外，区内其他县市均处于中等以上水平。在此基础上，提出完善土地整治管理体系、加强对实施后项目效益评价、严格规范土地整治制度等建议。

In order to better implement and promote the construction of land demonstration zone, based on the analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it was necessary to evaluate land renovation project in taihang mountains plain villages. This paper focused on the evaluation of the economic, social and ecological benefits after implementation of land renovation, and empirical analy-sis from the year 2001~2010. The results showed that the implementation of the project had produced a good benefit. All the counties were in the above average apart from Dingzhou and Longyao county. Based on that, it ’ s advised that we should perfect the management system, strengthen benefits evaluation after the project implementation and regulate land renovation system strictly.
