目的:探讨降低远视光学离焦是否能减缓儿童近视的发展。方法对同校同级同班的32名近视性屈光不正的9岁儿童,分为两组,甲组配戴普通非球面镜片,乙组配戴抗远视离焦的视特保镜片,每3月进行一次屈光检查,包括:远近视力、矫正视力、眼轴、角膜曲率测量、中心屈光值测量及周边屈光值测量,比较每年眼轴增长的毫米(mm)数及近视度数的增加量,观察三年,进行统计学分析。结果配戴抗远视离焦的视特保镜片在减少儿童近视屈光度增加、减缓眼轴增长方面与普通非球面镜片相比,有统计学意义差异( P<0.05)。但在角膜屈光力(Sim K值)方面,二者没有统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论降低远视性光学离焦可以延缓近视进展,降低眼轴增长速度,但不能改变角膜曲率,近视性屈光不正儿童可以通过配戴降低远视光学离焦的视特保镜片来减缓近视的发展。

목적:탐토강저원시광학리초시부능감완인동근시적발전。방법대동교동급동반적32명근시성굴광불정적9세인동,분위량조,갑조배대보통비구면경편,을조배대항원시리초적시특보경편,매3월진행일차굴광검사,포괄:원근시력、교정시력、안축、각막곡솔측량、중심굴광치측량급주변굴광치측량,비교매년안축증장적호미(mm)수급근시도수적증가량,관찰삼년,진행통계학분석。결과배대항원시리초적시특보경편재감소인동근시굴광도증가、감완안축증장방면여보통비구면경편상비,유통계학의의차이( P<0.05)。단재각막굴광력(Sim K치)방면,이자몰유통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론강저원시성광학리초가이연완근시진전,강저안축증장속도,단불능개변각막곡솔,근시성굴광불정인동가이통과배대강저원시광학리초적시특보경편래감완근시적발전。
Objective To observe the effects of reduce-periphery refraction designed lenses in control myopia progression in children. Methods 32 nine years old myopic children from the same school classmate are divided into two groups. The children of group A wear ordinary aspherical lens.The children of group B wear reduce-periphery re-fraction designed lenses. All children have been received a refractive examination every 3 months. Efficacy measures include distant and near visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, axial length, keratometric power , center refractive measurement and surrounding refractive measurement,Comparing the changes of ocular axis and diopter and Corneal refractive power(Sim K)between the two groups after 3years. Resluts There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05) between the two groups in reducing children myopia increased diopter, axial growth slowing, but, there were no statistically significant differences (P> 0.05)between the two groups in corneal refractive power (Sim K).Conclusions Wearing reduce-periphery refraction designed lenses can slow the progression of myopia, reduce the axial growth rate, can not change the corneal refractive power (Sim K). Myopic children can wear reduce-periphery refraction designed lenses to slow the progression of myopia.
