目前,我国农业机械化发展已经进入三力融合并且需要加快推进的重要战略时期,因此迫切需要农机方面的相关人才。高职农机化专业的建设迫在眉睫,如何提高教学质量,培养合格的农机专业人才已经成为农机化专业必须面对的首要问题。基于绩效技术的教学设计能更好地组织和开展农机化教学,是使教学效果最优化的可选方案。

Recently, agricultural mechanization in our country need to be developed rapidly, to meet the development of “tri-power merg-ing” . Lots of professional persons are requested, so it is critical time to strength higher vocational education agricultural mechanization ma-jor. First problem we are faced is how to enhance quality of teaching and train the qualified specialists for agricultural mechanization major. Research instructional design model based on performance technology is necessary to reach the efficient teaching and effective learning.
