采用《中小学职业倦怠量表》对628名西藏藏族中小学教师进行调查,了解其职业倦怠状况。结果表明:西藏藏族中小学教师职业倦怠现象不严重,在职业倦怠三个维度上均值均小于2.6;年龄为26-30岁阶段,教龄为6-7年时西藏藏族中小学教师职业倦怠存在一个高峰期;职业倦怠状况受学校类型、学校所在地、学历、职务、职称、性别、年龄及教龄等变量的影响。
採用《中小學職業倦怠量錶》對628名西藏藏族中小學教師進行調查,瞭解其職業倦怠狀況。結果錶明:西藏藏族中小學教師職業倦怠現象不嚴重,在職業倦怠三箇維度上均值均小于2.6;年齡為26-30歲階段,教齡為6-7年時西藏藏族中小學教師職業倦怠存在一箇高峰期;職業倦怠狀況受學校類型、學校所在地、學歷、職務、職稱、性彆、年齡及教齡等變量的影響。
채용《중소학직업권태량표》대628명서장장족중소학교사진행조사,료해기직업권태상황。결과표명:서장장족중소학교사직업권태현상불엄중,재직업권태삼개유도상균치균소우2.6;년령위26-30세계단,교령위6-7년시서장장족중소학교사직업권태존재일개고봉기;직업권태상황수학교류형、학교소재지、학력、직무、직칭、성별、년령급교령등변량적영향。
The study used the Educator Burnout Inventory (EBI) to investigate 628 Tibetan primary and middle school teachers in Tibet to reveal their job burnout status. Results indicate that:the Tibetan primary and middle school teachers’ job burnout is not serious, with the mean value in three dimensions less than 2.6;teachers in their 30s, who have worked for 6 to 7 years, experience a peak in burnout;and the burnout status varies with school type, location, faculty education background, title, rank, gender, age, working years, etc.
