当前，农业生产方式进入以机械化作业为主的新时代，我们要从技术、社会、生态等三个层面树立起农机化工作的新理念。同时要准确把握农机化的发展方向，加快构建和完善机械化生产技术体系，以信息化促进农业装备现代化，不断拓宽农机化技术应用领域。农机化的发展要以科技为先导，加强顶层设计，增加技术供给；加强推广人才队伍建设，夯实农机化科技进步的基础；大力培训实用人才，推进农机标准化作业。
