This paper introduces the new exhaust technology of chemical cleaning of long brine backwater pipeline. The theoretical value was calculated first. According to the theoretical value,adding acid amount controlled exhaust amount. The way of adding acid was flow through the pipeline and didn't cycle. This way solved the gas resistance and pipeline detonation of pipeline cleaning. Chemical cleaning proceeds smoothly. Industrial cleaning was proved to be effective.
