根据宝钢煤调湿工艺的特点,对煤调湿过程的物料平衡和能量平衡进行计算,分析物料在回转窑内停留时间分布发现,煤料在回转窑内的运动呈现螺旋运动与返料相结合的过程,基于列管的返料作用相对延长了物料在窑内的停留时间,保证了煤调湿的效果。

According to the features of coal moisture control technology , calculated and analyzed the material balance and heat balance of the coal moisture control system .The residence time distribution of the material in the rotary kiln showing that , the spiral motion combined with returning process , based on the feed back of the column tube relative to prolong the residence time of the material in the kiln, to ensure the effect of coal moisture control .
