通过分析高炉渣离心粒化的滴状、膜状、纤维状和柱状分裂破碎模式,研究影响高炉渣干法粒化的关键参数,并开发设计浅碟式离心粒化器和流化换热装置,进行理论结果的实验验证。结果表明,出渣温度、粒化器转速分别控制在1530℃、2000 r/min左右时,高炉渣粒化效果显著。
通過分析高爐渣離心粒化的滴狀、膜狀、纖維狀和柱狀分裂破碎模式,研究影響高爐渣榦法粒化的關鍵參數,併開髮設計淺碟式離心粒化器和流化換熱裝置,進行理論結果的實驗驗證。結果錶明,齣渣溫度、粒化器轉速分彆控製在1530℃、2000 r/min左右時,高爐渣粒化效果顯著。

The effects of blast furnace slag temperature , slag film thickness and grain rotation speed on the particle size of granulated slag were studied , combining the analysis of the fragmentation mode of liquid blast furnace slag ( dropwise , film, fibrous and columnar crushing mode ) .A novel shallow centrifugal granulation device and corresponding fluidized bed heat exchanger were developed to verify the theoretical results .The results show that high quality granulation slag is achieved as the granulated slag temperature and rotation speed are set at 1530℃and 2000 r /min.
