通过对酸性气田集输加热炉加热盘管材质选择、焊接工艺选择、自控系统、主要阀门配件选型等进行分析研究，确定了该加热炉国产化设计原则，通过和进口设备的综合比较，得出了酸性气田加热炉设备国产化可行性依据。

An analysis is made for furnace in sour gas field gathering system on heating coil ma-terial selection ,welding procedure selection ,automation system ,and major valve & fitting selec-tion ,w hich confirms the design principles of this furnace localization .By comprehensive compari-sons between the foreign products and domestic ones ,it demonstrated the basis for the feasibility of localization heaters in sour gas fields .
