通过联合应用强化传热技术和发明问题解决理论(T RIZ )对砂磨机出料口处物料的温度过高问题进行分析,得到了解决问题的途径,并在此基础上提出了应用热管热交换器解决目前涂料行业中遇到的此类问题的方法。采用这种方法能在一定程度上提高涂料的生产效率。
通過聯閤應用彊化傳熱技術和髮明問題解決理論(T RIZ )對砂磨機齣料口處物料的溫度過高問題進行分析,得到瞭解決問題的途徑,併在此基礎上提齣瞭應用熱管熱交換器解決目前塗料行業中遇到的此類問題的方法。採用這種方法能在一定程度上提高塗料的生產效率。

The problem of overly higher temperature of paint in the outlet of sand mill was ana-lyzed by using the technology of heat transfer enhancement and Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatel-skikh Zadatch (TRIZ)innovative method ,some relevant solutions were obtained to solve the problem ,and on this basis ,a solution was proposed that is using heat pipe exchanger to solve the problem at present coatings industry .Using this method also can improve the production efficien-cy at some extent .Bring the enterprise more benefits .
