依据基于风险的检验(RB I )技术,针对海洋平台立管的腐蚀因素作用建立技术模型,明确腐蚀因素下的损伤因子。该模型通过识别采集立管的危害和数据,计算失效可能性、失效后果以及风险值,找出高风险的失效模式、工况及部位,可为海洋平台系统的安全风险决策及将风险控制在可接受范围提供一种计算方法。

Technique model was established according to risk-based inspection (RBI) technique aimed at the corrosion factors of marine riser ,and the damage factor under the corrosion factors were indicated .The model can provide a calculating method for security risk decision of offshore platform and control the risk under an accessible range by the way of distinguishing or collecting the damage and data of riser ;calculating failure possibility ,failure consequence and value-at-risk ;finding out failure mode under high-risk ,working condition and position .
