分析了塔类设备制造中常用塔盘基准圆划线方法的不足，介绍了一种应用剖面图原理划塔盘基准圆的方法、特点及原理。应用效果显示，此法可提高塔盘基准圆的精确度，亦满足安装塔盘支撑圈技术标准及规范的要求。

The existent defect of the traditional drawing method of reference circle of column tray are analyzed and pointed out ,and a method ,feature ,and principle are introduced for draw-ing reference circle of column tray by utilizing the principle of profile map during the manufactur-ing process of tray equipment .The accuracy of column tray’s reference circle is improved to meet the requirement of technological standard norm and criterion to install support ring of column tray .
