以管壳式热交换器刚性管板和挠性管板作为研究对象分别建立数值模型,针对壳程高压、管程高温的操作条件,采用有限元数值分析方法,分别施加不同的边界条件,研究了两种形式的管板在不同操作工况下管板及结构不连续部位的应力水平,表明在文中设计工况下,挠性管板受力较均匀,经济性更好。
以管殼式熱交換器剛性管闆和撓性管闆作為研究對象分彆建立數值模型,針對殼程高壓、管程高溫的操作條件,採用有限元數值分析方法,分彆施加不同的邊界條件,研究瞭兩種形式的管闆在不同操作工況下管闆及結構不連續部位的應力水平,錶明在文中設計工況下,撓性管闆受力較均勻,經濟性更好。

Numerical models were established for the research object to rigid tubesheet and flexible tubesheet of tubular heat exchangers in the situation of the high pressure in shell side and high temperature in tube side .It can be applied to different boundary conditions by using finite ele-ment analysis method .According to the stress level of the two forms of the tubesheet and the dis-continuity structure in the different operating conditions ,it is indicated that the forced of the flexible tubesheet is uniform and better economical performance .
