通过FL U EN T软件模拟螺旋折流板热交换器壳程流体速度、温度和压力,以图形与数学计算相结合的方式获得速度场与温度场和流动阻力的准数关联式,并应用ORIGIN 软件拟合传热准数关系式和流动阻力关系式。与依靠实验数据通过理论计算获得关系式的方法相比,可以大幅降低成本。

The shell-side flow velocity ,temperature and pressure cloud figure of the helical baf-fles heat exchangers are simulated by using the software-FLUENT .The relationship of the veloc-ity field between the temperature field and the flow pressure drop is obtained by combining the figure and the math calculations .The heat transfer function equation and the flow pressure drop function equation are summarized by the use of software-ORIGIN .Compared with the theory cal-culation depending on the test data to get the function equation ,the method mentioned can be used to lower the cost greatly .
