针对大型液化天然气储罐拱顶复杂的应力分析问题,在介绍其拱顶结构的基础上,参考HG/T 20517-1992《钢制低压湿式气柜》、GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》以及API 650-2012《钢制焊接石油储罐》标准,完成了在均布载荷与集中载荷共同作用下储罐拱顶应力的理论计算。以40000 m3液化天然气储罐为例,通过对理论计算结果与数值模拟结果的比较,确定了拱顶网壳的危险截面。结果表明,在均布载荷与集中载荷共同作用下,拱顶最外圈环向梁段以及径向梁中靠近拱脚的梁段受力较大,为拱顶网壳的危险截面。
針對大型液化天然氣儲罐拱頂複雜的應力分析問題,在介紹其拱頂結構的基礎上,參攷HG/T 20517-1992《鋼製低壓濕式氣櫃》、GB 50017-2003《鋼結構設計規範》以及API 650-2012《鋼製銲接石油儲罐》標準,完成瞭在均佈載荷與集中載荷共同作用下儲罐拱頂應力的理論計算。以40000 m3液化天然氣儲罐為例,通過對理論計算結果與數值模擬結果的比較,確定瞭拱頂網殼的危險截麵。結果錶明,在均佈載荷與集中載荷共同作用下,拱頂最外圈環嚮樑段以及徑嚮樑中靠近拱腳的樑段受力較大,為拱頂網殼的危險截麵。

For the complex stress analysis of the vault of large-scale liquefied natural storage tank ,the theoretical calculation of the vault stress of storage tank under the joint action of uni-form load and concentrated load was completed according to HG/T 20517-1992 Steel Low Pres-sure for Wet Gas Holder ,GB 50017-2003 Code for Design of Steel Structures and API 650-2012 Welded Tanks for Oil Storage on the basis of introducing the vault structure of large-scale liquefied natural storage tank .T hen ,taking 40 000 m3 liquefied natural storage tank as an exam-ple ,the dangerous sections of the vault were obtained by the comparison between results of theo-retical calculation and numerical simulation .The result shows that the outermost ring beam and the part of radial beam near the end of vault endure higher stress and are the dangerous sections of the vault under the joint action of uniform load and concentrated load .
