通过在圆柱壳外建立一空腔模型,并在圆柱壳外壁与空腔内壁之间建立接触对,应用有限元软件ANSYS研究了圆柱壳与空腔之间的接触以及圆柱壳与空腔之间的间隙对圆柱壳屈曲临界压力的影响。研究结果表明,圆柱壳与空腔的接触使得圆柱壳的屈曲临界压力有了很大提高,具体的提高程度和圆柱壳与空腔之间的间隙有关,间隙越大,提高程度越小。

A cavity model was built at the outside of the cylindrical shell and contact pair was es-tablished between the outer wall of cylindrical shell and the inner wall of cavity .The effect of the contact and the gap between the cylindrical shell and the cavity to the critical buckling pressure was studied by the finite element analysis software ANSYS .The result show that the contact be-tween the cylindrical shell and the cavity makes the critical buckling pressure of the cylindrical shell increased much ,and the degree of increasing is relation to the gap existed between the cylin-drical shell and the cavity .The bigger the size of the gap ,the lower the level of the critical buck-ling pressure increases .
